STEP 1

Fold

Hold the base of your cup, flatten the opening, and fold it in half.

STEP 2

Insert

Angle your cup towards your tailbone and insert it upwards until the removal loop is inside.

STEP 3

Placement

Rotate the cup in both directions or pull it slightly down. If the cup doesn’t move - you’re good to go!

STEP 4

Removal

Grab the removal loop and softly squeeze the base to release the seal. Gently pull the removal loop, and the cup is out!
