LELO products are available for online purchase and worldwide delivery directly from LELO.COM.

The online purchasing section of the website is initiated by placing an item in your bag and then clicking 'view bag' in the lower left corner sub-menu. A few simple steps will follow to guide you through and complete your purchase.

If you, for any reason, are unable to complete your purchase of LELO products online, we kindly invite you to visit a LELO stockist.

  currency & pricing

Prices displayed on LELO.COM are by default quoted in EURO. You may however display prices in EURO (default), USD, GBP, or YEN by (i) choosing currency by product or (ii) by clicking 'view bag' and selecting your preferred currency.
  payment

LELO accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:
  • Visa
  • Mastercard/Eurocard
  • Diners Club
For security reasons, LELO does not save any credit card details provided by you to complete your online purchase.

If you are not comfortable providing your credit card details online, please contact sales@lelo.com and we will provide youwith an alternative method of payment.

Online purchase transactions will be charged to your credit card at the time you submit your order. The transaction will however only be put through after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed stock availability. You will be informed by email if we, for any reason, are unable to complete your order.

A delivery/order confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been verified.

LELO online purchase deliveries are available worldwide and according to three zones: Sweden, Europe and International. Two shipping methods are available: regular or express.

You may choose to have your online purchase delivered to either yourself or a friend. Additional delivery addresses are added to your address list in the delivery section. Purchases may not be delivered to P.O. boxes.

To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

  customs & duty

Please note that orders made outside the EU may be subject to additional import tax and duty, once the order reaches its designated country. As LELO has no control over these charges, any additional import taxes and duty fees must be borne by you.
  sales tax (VAT)

LELO charges Swedish sales tax (VAT) on all online transactions, as required by Swedish legislation.

Please note that your TOTAL includes sales tax (VAT) and thus reflects the actual sum of the transaction.

  tracking your order

A delivery/order confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been verified. With this confirmation you will find a order number.

If you have any questions about the delivery of your purchase or need help tracking the same, please contact sales@lelo.com and declare your order number.

  exchanges & returns

LELO strives to ensure your complete satisfaction. However, due to hygienic reasons and the intimate nature of the products, LELO is unable to accept returns or exchanges of purchased items once the seal of the packaging has been broken. For online purchases, we will accept returns of items with the original package and outer seal undamaged, for a full refund when accompanied by a printout of the original purchase reciept. Refunds may only be credited to the same card used to complete the transaction. Delivery costs are non-refundable and items must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery.

If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order once the order has been placed, please contact us promptly on sales@lelo.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that once an order has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or changed until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy above and return your purchase as soon as it has been delivered.

  warranty

A limited warranty is accompanied with each LELO toy purchased online. Warranties are valid for a period of ONE (1) YEAR, after the date of original purchase, against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. If you discover a defect and notify LELO of the same during the warranty period, LELO will, at its option, replace the product to you at no extra charge. To register your purchase and activate your warranty, please enter 'sign in / sign up' and complete the online warranty registration form.

The warranty is only valid upon presentation of reasonable evidence (i.e. completed online warranty registration form or purchase receipt) that the date of the claim is within the warranty period.

The warranty is not valid if the defect is due to accidental damage, misuse or neglect.
